This is a follow up request to the request to provide the NHS Business Services Authority's submission to Stonewall's Workplace Equality Index for 2023 which resulted in the NHSBSA coming 4th in the Stonewall Top 100 Employers 2023 which was subject to ICO decision IC-272367-R1F8 .

Please can you provide this document with redactions only as allowed by the ICO in that decision.

Please confirm that that the disclosure is in compliance with that notice and includes information that does not engage section 43(2) , 36(2)(b)(ii) , 36(2)(c) , 40(2) of FOIA, and also includes all the information NHSBSA advised ICO it is now prepared to disclose.
