Please confirm the number of the NHS prescription penalty notices issued during the period of 1st January 2024 and 1st January 2025 that resulted County Court action being taken for non payment of the aforementioned NHS Prescription charge penalty notices.

The NHSBSA issued no Penalty Charge Notices between 1 January 2024 and 1 January 2025 which resulted in County Court action.
