Dear NHS England,

Could you please answer the following questions and provide the corresponding data. For all questions, I would like any patients with the following ICD10 codes to be included please.

J44.0 COPD with acute lower respiratory infection J44.1 COPD with acute exacerbation J44.8 Other Specified J44.9 Unspecified

Please provide for the latest 12 months of data available.

1. How many patients were treated in the last 12 months with any of the outlined ICD10 codes?

2. How many total spells were there in the last 12 months for any of the outlined ICD10 Codes?

3. How many day cases were there in the last 12 months for any of the outlined ICD10 Codes?

4. How many elective and non-elective spells were there in the last 12 months for any of the outlined ICD10 Codes?

5. How many total bed days were there in the last 12 months for any of the outlined ICD10 Codes?

6. How many non-elective A&E attendances were there in the last 12 months for any of the outlined ICD10 Codes?
