- As of year end 2022/23 and 2023/24 (2 years) for each of the contracts managed by the ICB or its predecessor organisation:
i) Name and address of each contract holder;
ii) Value of each contract in terms of pounds in each year
iii) Number of UOAs/UDAs contracted by the contractor in each year
iv) The effective price per UDA/UOA rate for each contract in each year
v) Number of UOAs/UDAs performed for each contract for the FY 2022/23 and 2023/24
vi) Value of Clawback recovered by the ICB for each contract where an underperformance has occurred for each year
