I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds the information you have requested and a copy of the information and notes explaining it is attached. Please note that, as advised on 5 December, the information provided relates only to where fish is sourced by the NHSBSA for use in catering for our staff in our canteens etc, and not for the wider NHS in England, which we do not hold information on.
