I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds some of the information you have requested.
These figures are correct as of 26 November 2024.
Question 1. Please provide number of Remedial Pension statements, Following the McCloud ruling which have been provided to NHS members since the target date of the 6th of October 2024.
The number of Remedial Pension Savings Statements (RPSS) provided is 56,327.
Question 2. The number of outstanding statements to be issues.
The NHSBSA does not hold the requested information, however there are 79,515 members to be reviewed, which will result in affected members being issued with an RPSS.
Question 3. Timeline for when the statements will be sent to NHS members.
I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested regarding a timeline is not held by the NHSBSA.
