I would like you to provide any payments details that you might hold regarding payment calculations / submissions for the administration of the COVID-19 vaccination carried out by Croperdy Surgery, Claydon Road, OX17 1FB.

If you hold the information I would like to know the individual submission date and payments claimed, money to reimbursed and number of vaccinations administered for each period.

The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) received your request on 31 October 2024.

Our response

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority. We have no record of any claims for payment for COVID vaccinations made by this surgery, and as such we have not made any payment calculations for them.

Advice and assistance

Many GP practices have delivered COVID vaccinations as part of a network of local practices (many, but not all, of which have been the same groupings as the Primary Care Networks - see https://www.england.nhs.uk/primary-care/primary-care-networks/ for more information about these) with the claims being made through a single practice on behalf of the grouping.

As we have no records of claims for Cropredy Surgery it likely that they are part of a group in which they are not lead practice. We do not know which group they are part of for the purpose of delivering the COVID vaccines.
