I am writing to you regarding the systems in place for capturing time and attendance, as well as scheduling employees within the Estates and Facilities departments at the following hospitals:

- Charing Cross Hospital

- Hammersmith Hospital

- St Mary’s Hospital

- Queen Charlotte’s & Chelsea Hospital

- Western Eye Hospital

I understand that these hospitals may currently use the ESR (Electronic Staff Record) system, which offers functionality for recording employee attendance, such as annual leave, sickness absence, and other types of time-off. However, I am specifically interested in whether an advanced time and attendance solution is in place, particularly within these departments, which may integrate with ESR.

Could you please confirm if there is an additional time and attendance and/or scheduling solution used alongside ESR? If so, I would be grateful if you could provide the following details:

- The name and supplier of the system

- The date it was implemented

- The contract review or renewal date
