For context, we receive a dental file each month with information provided by dentists, such as patients personal details and whether treatments were paid or claimed an exemption. This information is used in the exemption checking process.

It is a patient’s responsibility to make sure their dentist holds the correct details. Any inaccuracies should be taken up with the dentist directly to correct.
