Table 1 - Dates and times are when the GHIC application process was not available due to planned system maintenance. Maintenance includes introducing new functions and improving the user experience.
Table 2 – Dates and times are when the GHIC application process was affected for unplanned reasons. If partially available, GHIC application processing was either partly working or fully working for intermittent periods.
