The Pensions Online (POL) Helpdesk is part of the Employer Helpline (option 2 on the call directing).
Whilst the total number of calls received in August and September was less than July, written contact increased. This combined with a variety of other factors meant that call waiting times, and the number of abandoned calls increased. Both call waiting times and the number of abandoned calls have reduced in October.
