Ideally the MA holder with all generic molecules.

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority.
Advice and assistance
We do not hold MA holder on our database. When we author drugs on the database (dm+d) we include product name, manufacturer/ supplier /wholesaler/ distributor.
