I would like both, unless both would fall outside the cost limit, in which case just the dental exemptions.

Our response
I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds the information you have requested. The figures provided include surcharges, resulting from a penalty charge not being paid.
This covers both PECS and DECS penalties issued during the period of 2022/23.
