Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting information regarding the NHS Pension Scheme's investments.
Specifically, I would like to know whether the NHS Pension Scheme currently holds, or has held in the past five years, any direct or indirect investments in companies based in or operating within Israel.
Please include a list of companies or funds involved, as well as the total value of any such investments.

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority.
Advice and assistance
The NHS Pension Scheme does not have an invested pension fund as per private sector pensions, but as a statutory scheme, benefits are fully guaranteed by the government.
Contributions from both members and employers are paid to the Exchequer, which meets the cost of Scheme benefits
