Q2. This is regarding Supported living. Could you tell me which care providers you work with, and who the contact name and details are please? And which housing associations do you work with? Contact name and details for these would be really appreciated as well please.’

‘My apologies, I had a reply from Cheshire east council and they suggested I contact yourself for information. I should have removed the ICB part in my email to you.

I am a property investor looking to purchase several properties and have recently learned about the supported living space. I would like to offer my properties to supported living providers to help individuals with complex needs have a comfortable home. I would just like to find out which care providers you currently use and who is the person responsible for selecting care providers and helping individuals with complex needs find the best home for them. For example say you have an individual who has severe autism is in a care home, but they struggle being around other people. Who would be the person that orchestrates this move? And the supported living providers that would then provide the 24 hour care required for the individual?’

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority. The NHSBSA is not an NHS Trust organisation, rather we are a Special Health Authority providing back-office functions to the wider NHS.
