I am asking for the information below as it is relevant to a litigation matter for an NHS Trust and the Claimant’s potential to mitigate their loss.

As you will appreciate, for confidentiality reasons I am unable to provide specific details as to the relevant parties. With the information having already been in the public domain, I would be very grateful if you could please confirm whether you are able to provide the information requested below. Alternatively, if you are unable to do so, please could you confirm why.

I would like to obtain a list of job vacancies between October 2022 and February 2023 inclusive for the following trusts:

• Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust • Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust • Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust • Somerset NHS Foundation Trust • North Bristol NHS Trust • University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust • Cardiff and Vale University Health Board • Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board • Aneurin Bevan University Health Board • Any NHS Trust / Welsh Health Board with the relevant job titles below where the role is advertised as solely or majority home-based

I would be grateful if the list of job vacancies could cover the following positions at bands 6 and 7:

• Midwife • Senior Midwife • Delivery Suite / Labour Ward Coordinator • Maternity Triage Lead Midwife • Matron Delivery Suite • Recruitment and Retention Midwife • Any Maternity role where the job is advertised as a solely or majority home-based role.

Should you be able to assist, in terms of the information we require, I would be grateful if you could kindly include the information set out below in any table/list compiled:

· Name of organisation · Vacancy reference number · Job title · Staff group · Salary · AfC banding · Date published · Date closed · Duration (i.e. permanent/fixed term for X months) · Part time/full time · Vacancy site (i.e. the hospital/site the position was held, including whether home-based)
