Exemption Checking Service (DECS) combined, the below doesn't ask for them to be separated.
• Value Issued includes all charge types, Prescription, Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and Standard Charge Notice (SCN)
• Value Recovered includes all charge types, Prescription, PCN and SCN
