We are looking for information on successful claims made under the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme in relation to Priorix vaccine (MMR) and 4 in 1 pre school booster (polio/diphtheria/whooping cough/tetanus).

Have any successful claims been made in relation to Priorix and / or the 4 in 1 pre school booster (polio/diphtheria/whooping cough/tetanus)?

If so what series of medical circumstances led to the disability or death?

Response

I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds the information you have requested.

The NHSBSA took over the administration of the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme (VDPS) from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) on 1 November 2021.

The data you have requested was not recorded by the DWP.

Since 1 November 2021, there have been no awarded claims for Priorix MMR vaccines or 4 in 1 (polio, diphtheria, whooping cough and tetanus) pre-school booster vaccines .
