Free-text responses

NHSBSA holds free-text responses for some of the questions asked in the survey. Respondents were advised before completing the survey that responses would remain confidential, and we believe that disclosing the responses which were typed in would be a breach of confidentiality. This information is therefore being withheld as it falls under the exemption in section 41(1) ‘Information provided in confidence’ of the Freedom of Information Act.
