This request is in relation to free dentral treatment and ESA benefit. I would like to know how many Penalty Charge Notices have been issued to claimants of Employment and Support Allowance benefit (please note I am only interested in ESA benefit) that have claimed free treatment. I would also like data on how many of the PCNs have been challenged, and how many of the challenges were sucessful. Time scale: 01/01/2021 - 19/05/2024

This is because we do not record the total number of unsuccessful challenges to PCNs, as we do with successful where we record this by a case being closed.
