I would like to know how many Penalty Charge Notices have been issued to claimants of Employment and Support Allowance benefit (please note I am only interested in ESA benefit) that have claimed free treatment. I would also like data on how many of the PCNs have been challenged, and how many of the challenges were sucessful.
