Hello, thank you for publishing the MIS data files at e.g. https://opendata.nhsbsa.net/dataset/foi-01587

Could I please request the data for appliance contractors for March 2023? I don't seem to be able to find this file on the opendata portal. Thank you.

Under Section 21 of the FOIA we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you.

The information you requested is available on the NHSBSA Open Data Portal at the following link:

https://opendata.nhsbsa.net/dataset/foi-01103 Appliance Contractors data within the MIS Report shows data for the following month. The MIS Report named Feb23 holds the March 23 Appliance data.

At the time this was due to a legacy naming convention whereby the monthly appliance data was attached to the file referencing the pharmacy data month and it was this month was used in naming both files. This is no longer the case now and files are named for the month of the data.

If you do not have access to the Internet at home, you may be able to use facilities at your local public library, or you can request a paper copy by contacting the Information Governance team quoting the reference FOI-01940.
