I would like to know how often the NHS has prescribed a drug called Flunarizine in the last 5 years for the treatment of migraine, with as much detail provided as possible on which organisations and medical practitioners prescribed Flunarizine.

We do not capture the condition for which a prescription has been prescribed therefore we can not answer this FOI.

You can find monthly data on English prescribing issued in England and dispensed in England, Wales, Scotland, Guernsey, Alderney, Jersey, and the Isle of Man via the English Prescribing Dataset (EPD).

This can be filtered on the required drug and will provide prescribing organisation along with total quantity however not the condition for which it was prescribed as previously stated we do not capture this information.
