I would like to know how many people actually paid this fine and also how many people have been sent to court regarding this matter?

The dates I'm requesting are from 2010 to the present day as this was when this current government came into power

I can confirm that the NHSBSA holds the information you have requested

• 1,081,286 cases have paid the penalty charge in full

• 219,940 cases have paid both the penalty charge and the surcharge in full.

• No one has been taken to court.
