a. Does your organisation use on-premise or cloud storage or both? b. Please confirm the on-premise hardware manufacturer c. Please confirm your cloud storage provider d. What is your annual spend on cloud storage? e. How do you back up your data and with who e.g. Backup as a Service

Question 1a.

Back office system provided by Microsoft Teams; Front office provided by AWS Connect.

Question 1b.

Back office contract renewal date: 30/07/2027; Front office contract renewal date: 18/04/2027

Question 1c. Back office support model includes Microsoft, Cisilion and in-house; Front office support is provided by the Managed Service Provider Capita Business Services Ltd.

Question 1 d. Telephony Teams Direct Routing is our main Collaboration tool for the back office and for the front office Contact Centre the AWS Connect solution includes both Unified Comms and Collaboration applications.
