Q1 - How many Payment Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) were issued in 2021, 2022 and 2023 in relation to Prescription Prepayment Certificates (PPC's)?

Q2 - What was the total revenue obtained from Penalty Charge Notices (PCN's) issued in 2021, 2022 and 2023 in relation to Prescription Prepayment Certificates (PPC's)?

You clarified your request as follows, and provided additional questions:

Q1 refers to how many PCNs were actually sent out.

Q2 refers to the total amount of revenue the NHS BSA received from the public paying PCN's that they issued.

Q4 - How many Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) were challenged in 2021, 2022 and 2023 in relation to Prescription Prepayment Certificates (PPC's)? This refers to each PCN issued out being challenged through your online process.

Q4 - How many Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) challenged were actually upheld in 2021, 2022 and 2023 in relation to Prescription Prepayment Certificates (PPC's)? This refers to the NHS BSA (or independent adjudicator(s)) that accepted the challenge and the PCN was subsequently cancelled.
