I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act, which I received on 4 March 2024 for information about the following:

‘I would like to know under the freedom of information act how many PCNs are sent out to those of us that annually prepay?’

You subsequently clarified that your request as:

‘to find out how many PCNs were sent out due to no automatic renewal of annual prepayments and how many PCNs were sent out due to a human error?’

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority.
