I am asking for this information as it is relevant to a litigation matter and the Claimant’s potential to mitigate their loss. As you will appreciate, for confidentiality reasons I am unable to provide specific details as to the relevant parties. With the information having already been in the public domain, I would be very grateful if you could please confirm whether you are able to provide the information.
