Request
I am writing under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act) regarding the N H S Shared Business Services contract for Intelligent Automation (https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/notice/e2dd4146-a289-4d44-8482-4787fb69831e?origin=SearchResults&p=1)
This has procurement reference SBS10137 and was published on 16 December 2023 to Contract Finder.
This is a framework agreement that allows NHS organisations and other public sector bodies to purchase Intelligent Automation. This contract was awarded to 25 suppliers, but I have specific interest in the activity of Infosys.
I would like to request the following:
Details of which lots that Infosys will supply, inclusive of requirements to fulfil the contract specification?
How many orders for Infosys' services and to what cost to date?
How many orders for Infosys' services are expected and to what projected cost?
What is the maximum cost for Infosys' services per financial year and across the entire contract?
Response
I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority.
NHS Shared Business Services may hold some or all of the information you require. However, NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) is a private company created by a joint venture between Sopra Steria Limited and the Department of Health supporting NHS organisations. As a private company, they are not listed as a public authority within the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
