The average number of days it took to send the estimate to the person requesting it for each month between March 2023 and January 2024, broken down by calendar month.’

Please note, for March 2023, while 6,903 estimates were completed, none flag up as partial retirement because this pre-dates the partial retirement triage process.

Members may be counted multiple times if they have submitted multiple estimate requests.

Cases may not have been completed and received in the same month. Cases completed may not have been received on or after 1 March 2023.

Average is only calculated and based on completed cases, based on the average calendar days elapsed between Received Date and Completion Date.
