We are instructed to represent Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in defence of an Employment Tribunal Claim.

In order to support the Trust’s defence, we write to make a Freedom of Information request for the following information:

Records of all non-clinical roles (between bands 6 and 8B) advertised by NHS Jobs between 15 July 2022 and 20 March 2023 within a 40 mile radius of SN2 7SU.

The Trust is required to disclose any supporting evidence (including the above records) by 16 February 2024 and therefore we would be grateful for this information as soon as possible.

Your request was received on 19 January 2024 and I am dealing with it under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
