Under the Freedom of Information Act I write to ask if you can provide me with the number of Subject Access Requests received by the Trust over the most recent 12 month period (12 month period or financial or calendar year).
Response
In 2023 (January-December) there were 828 Subject Access Requests (SARs) received by the NHS BSA.
This figure only includes valid SARs. It does not include requests which were dealt with as Business As Usual (BAU), Right To Be Forgotten (RTBF), duplicate requests, SARs which were handled as a Freedom Of Information (FOI) request, or any requests which were invalid.
