Request

I am writing to request the following information relating to:
• Contracts between Cera Care/Cera Care Operations, NHSBSA and NHS Shared Business Services for the provision of social care, since 2020
• Any Memorandum of Understanding documents or similar between NHSBSA, NHS Shared Business Services and Cera Care, produced since 2020 • Any Data Protection Impact Assessment documents, privacy statements or similar relating to the use of predictive artificial intelligence in social care settings, produced by NHSBSA, NHS Shared Business Services or Cera Care since 2020 • The volume of complaints received by NHSBSA or NHS Shared Business Services in relation the use of artificial intelligence in social care settings by Cera Care, since 2020.

I would like all documents sent electronically please. Under Section 16 of the Act, I also ask that if this request cannot be fulfilled under the legislation, that you offer advice and assistance to help the request comply with the act.

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority.

However, it is possible that other NHS organisations may hold some or all of the information you require.

NHS Shared Business Services may hold some or all of the information you require. However, NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) is a private company created by a joint venture between Sopra Steria Limited and the Department of Health supporting NHS organisations. As a private company, they are not listed as a public authority within the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
