Question 2 - Orlo

Question 3 - We use a customer service tool called Orlo. It has a wide range of social media functions and just one of these is social listening. The total value of this tool costs £41,586 ex. VAT. We cannot break down the price to show the cost of social listening alone and therefore this information is not held by NHSBSA
