I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act, which I received on 18th October 2023 for information about the following: 

• Disclosure of any guidance, policies, or procedures related to the information governance of NHSmail.

• Details on the naming conventions for groups, users, distribution groups, and any other relevant entities within NHSmail.

• Information on how NHSmail ensures that users are complying with the aforementioned naming conventions.

• Copies of any acceptable use agreements, terms of service, or other agreements that users or guests are expected to agree to before being granted access to NHSmail.

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority. NHSBSA no longer uses NHS Mail and so does not have this information.
