You have recently implemented Flexible retirement options for people who belong to the 1995 pension scheme. Please could I be provided with the Equality Impact Assessment document for that policy change.

Could I also be provided with the management papers and documents that were written and considered as part of agreeing the new option.

Please include papers that considered or made decisions on the policy of the operation of the scheme.
