I am trying to find a more updated version of this NHS link which is from 2015 and details services offered by every pharmacy on the NHS database. It was a two column csv as follows: OrganisationID ServiceName 13043 Appliance dispensing 13043 Medication review service 13043 Needle and syringe exchange 13043 New medicine service 13043 Seasonal flu vaccination service (at risk groups) 13043 Supervised consumption of medicines

If it doesn't exist please could i have it as a FOI request.

I cant see a more recent publishing of this data on the nhsbsa website

this is an example of a single pharmacy service list https://www.nhs.uk/services/pharmacy/croasdales/FPG21/treatments-and-services

but would like it in a spreadsheet format
