Summary of Response

Users can log in as a guest and access the report via +Report - Common Information Reports - Organisation Data - Contractor Details. There is a monthly file which can be downloaded. The data includes contractor name, trading name, code and address/postcode. The list of contractors is based on information supplied to NHS Prescription Services by ICBs and should be taken as a guide only due to the problems gathering this information and any delays in informing NHS Prescription Services of changes.
