I understand your organisation has got a high rating on Stonewall's Workplace Equality Index scheme.

Q.1 - Can you tell me how much in total you paid to Stonewall in last year, including fees, exhibitions, etc

Q.2 - Also how many FTE staff have Diversity and Inclusion titles.

Q.3 - With any kind of top 20 or gold awards, what is used to give a high rating and what is this measured against. Are these checklists made public for everyone to see?

Using words like inclusive are a bit too vague, I'm looking for some specific reasons what makes your organisation deserve such an accolade.
