Under the freedom of information could you please supply the following information regarding the yellow card reporting data base regrding the Sras co2(covid 19 ) vaccines

The yellow card scheme states that a reported reaction may not necessarily be due to a vaccine therefore to clarify I ask

1 How many of the the Astra Zeneca total reports 246,939 (total reactions 773052) have been verified as vaccine injuries or adverse reactions

2 How many of the Pfizer total reports 173,381 (total reactions 499,965 ) have been verified as vaccine injuries or adverse reactions

3 How many of the Moderna total reports 42,436 (total reactions 138,950 ) have been verified as vaccine injuries or adverse reactions

4 How many of the unspecified total reports 1848 (total reactions 5646 ) have been verified as vaccine injuries or adverse reactions

Please supply the information to the latest dates you have
