I would be very grateful if you could provide us with a list containing the following information-

• a list of all the GP Alliances / Clusters including address • contact details for somebody responsible within the clusters for example a Business Support Lead/Business Manager/Practice Manager etc • a list of the GP’s surgeries that sit within the clusters with associated practice manager/business manager?

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority.

We do hold information about prescribers and GP practices that constitute prescribing cost centres. This information is available publicly in the Information Services Portal ISP which can be accessed as a guest user.

In particular the Prescriber Details Reports is available from +Report > Common Information Reports > Organisation Data > Prescriber Details.

You may also find NHS Digital’s (now part of NHS England) Organisation Data Service (ODS) information about GP Practices of interest; however, we are unsure if this includes the requested data.

NHS Digital routinely publish organisation information on their website that can be accessed in several ways https://digital.nhs.uk/services/organisation-data-service

The NHS Digital ODS also provides various organisation hierarchy relationships including which practices belong to which Primary Care Network (PCN). PCN are a local grouping of primary care organisations that may be of some relevance, but we are unsure if this would correspond to “clusters” specifically.
