Thank you for your request for information about the following:
I am doing a research about Convid-19 vaccinations and side effects furthermore relative with deaths. So I am interesting about data and information about these specific: How many received compensation from NHSBSA concerning convid-19 vaccinations. Which were the side effects from vaccination that these people faced and how many cases of deaths resulted until now. Especially for deaths I would be willing to be informed about the side effect that occurred that. The cause of death by other means.
Your request was received on 3rd July and I am dealing with it under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

We are not able to give a comprehensive breakdown on COVID-19 vaccine side effects.
The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) publishes information on COVID-19 vaccine side effects reported to them by the general public. Please see the below web link which contains information which may be of interest to you.
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/coronavirus-covid-19-vaccine-adverse-reactions/coronavirus-vaccine-summary-of-yellow-card-reporting
“Part of [MHRA’s] monitoring role includes reviewing reports of suspected side effects. Any member of the public or health professional can submit suspected side effects through the Yellow Card scheme. The nature of Yellow Card reporting means that reported events are not always proven side effects. Some events may have happened anyway, regardless of vaccination. This is particularly the case when millions of people are vaccinated, and especially when vaccines are being given to the most elderly people and people who have underlying illness.”
