Please describe the process for validating dental (FP17) claims between 1998-2002 with specific reference to governing regulations at that time and stating any time limits to be observed.

The information requested would have been held by the Dental Practice Board, which pre-dates the Business Services Authority. Since this date, there are new contracts and new IT systems and therefore, we do not hold the requested information.
