By Financial Year, detail the number of Parental Leave Payments made by Financial Year to Dentists over the past five years. If the data is available please detail the total cost of payments, the number of individual dentists receiving parental leave payments and the payments made by region.

This report contains the details from FP17s processed for the period stated 2017/2018, 2018/2019, 2019/2020, 2020/2021, 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 in England & Wales Regions. The information within the report includes the data items and descriptions listed below.

Country Name: This is the country the contract is located in.

Region Name: The name of the region the contract is located in.

Financial Year: The financial year which the activity/contracted services relate to.

Payment Item Amount: The amount under which the payment has been made (Based on Business Rates)

Payment Category: This is the category of payment, as used in the monthly contract payment report. Category "Business Rates

Number of Contracts: This is a count of the number of dental practices.

Number of Recipients: This is a count of the number of dental performers receiving payments.

Note: The number of contracts can be greater than the number of performers as the payments may cover a prior financial year.
