The information requested is not held by NHSBSA.
An Enquiry letter is issued when a valid exemption is not found for a patient. The process looks for all exemptions, not just what the patient has ticked on the form, and no further information is collected. We therefore do not hold information on what percentage of people turning 60 and having their automatic renewal cancelled are caught claiming prepayments in error.
