Please can I request the name of the web development company that has been contracted to create the new NHS Jobs website?
Your request was received on 25th May, and I am dealing with it under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
Response
The new NHS Jobs service has been developed by the NHS Business Services Authority. It has been worked on by a blend of internal NHS team members and delivery partners including Difrent UK Ltd (TPX Impact), Mastek UK Ltd and Kainos Software Limited, and individual contractors sourced via the Public Sector Resourcing (PSR) framework, working to NHSBSA design and development standards and practices.
The main supplier contracts to support the development of NHS Jobs website were – NHS Jobs 3 and the NHS Jobs Capability contracts (these were awarded to Difrent UK Ltd). Since 2022 Difrent has operated under TPX Impact Ltd following their acquisition.
