I am writing to advise you that I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority. This is because this is because this managed by the independent medical assessor supplier.

All claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis by an independent medical assessor. Medical assessors are General Medical Council (GMC) registered doctors with a license to practise and at least 5 years' experience.
