Response

A copy of the information is attached.

Unfortunately, NHS Jobs is unable to provide information regarding the total number of funded establishments or the number of staff in post for any organisation. To obtain this information, you would need to submit an FOI request directly to the relevant employers

We have provided a list of all adverts published on NHS Jobs between 01/04/2021 and 31/03/2022 for the specified trusts, filtered within the staff group of Nursing & Midwifery (attached). This list will include the relevant information you require.

Same as above.

The reporting functionality within NHS Jobs includes time-to-hire calculations based on both a 7-day and a 5-day workweek. How the employers use and share this data is not dictated by the service. It's important to note that many of the organisations listed utilise third-party application tracking systems such as Trac, and therefore, they do not complete their recruitment processes through NHS Jobs or use the service to obtain their time-to-hire data.

Please be aware that NHS Jobs does not hold information regarding the duration of unfilled vacancies. This information exceeds the period during which the vacancy is visible on our service. As mentioned in point 4, many of the listed services use third-party application tracking systems. Consequently, NHS Jobs lacks any information beyond the advert close date, which means we are unable to determine the length of a vacancy or the recruitment process.

The post code field in the attached spreadsheet confirms the location of the vacancy.

The information provided is limited to what the recruiting organisation supplies us with. For more detail on each position, you may wish to write to each trust directly. A directory of trusts and Clinical Care Groups (CCGs) and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) (including the ones provided in the data) can be found at the below web link:
