6) Any and all emails pertaining to policies relevant to the use of "indeterminate" sex on NHS records sent or received between 1 January 2017 and 31 December 2019, as well as any and all documents referenced in said emails.
7) Any and all emails pertaining to policies relevant to the use of "indeterminate" sex on NHS records sent or received between 1 January 2014 and 31 December 2016, as well as any and all documents referenced in said emails.

I am writing to advise you that following a search of our paper and electronic records, I have established that the information you requested is not held by the NHS Business Services Authority. This is because the NHS Data Dictionary was not authored by NHSBSA. We therefore do not hold policy information for categorising gender.
It is possible that the NHS Personal Demographics Service at NHS Digital (now part of NHS England) may hold some or all of the information you require.
