All data as of 22 May 2023. All data relates to claims received by the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) and those transferred from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) on 1 November 2021.
- 74 non-COVID-19 claims have been assessed by an independent medical assessor.
- Of the 74 non-COVID-19 claims, five have been rejected where causation was accepted but disablement was assessed at less than 60 %.
- 1,710 COVID-19 claims have been assessed by an independent medical assessor.
- Of these, 134 COVID-19 claims have been rejected where causation was accepted but disablement was assessed at less than 60%.
