Thank you for your request for information about the following:
‘A listing showing for the last financial year, the number of 'Courses of Treatment'/forms submitted by each dentist registered on the NHS performers list, separated for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland (ideally by region within each country). Firstly I appreciate there is still a submission period for final submissions and the figures are subject to a little change (either way) until the end of June, but I am happy to take the current figures as they stand with that 'subject to change' caveat. I don't need individual names, just an Excel sheet for each of the four regions with a listing of the volumes in increasing order (including any zeros). So each of the four sheets would typically be one column with a lot of entries, starting at zero. As a guide the total number of entries for the four sheets would be about 22000. If it makes it any easier, you could use one sheet, as long as I can separate out the various regions for separate analysis.’
Your request was received on 20 April 2023 and I am dealing with it under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
